Booked to visit nearby Utah, Omaha, etc. beaches on our own - they're around 45-60 minutes away by car, if you're doing it on your own the value for money is a lot better when branching out from Cherbourg. If you are old enough to know the movie Umbrellas of Cherbourg, there are plenty of easter eggs within 10 minutes walking distance. Really liked the location - right next to a big shopping center for food, but close to historical downtown. Cherbourg itself is very charming and this hotel is just the same. Clean, organized, helpful staff. The room was spacious and well accessorized to prepare simple meals. Parking gate was a little tight, but great to have a protected space for the car. You need to call ahead or pickup the card from the front desk, to open the garage gate in the side street. Staff were very helpful!

Great location, a few minutes walk from train station. Basic but comfortable room, bathroom and kitchenette. Lots of room for a single traveller. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality coffee (from machine) in the breakfast room, which for me is an essential! Continental breakfast is good quality and worth the added price.

We got a pet friendly uber from the port to the hotel as we had a lot of luggage. A very warm welcome upon arrival from the staff at reception. We stayed in a pet friendly room, which was huge. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. The room is well equipped and has a fridge which is always an added bonus. It is also within walking distance of the train station and shopping centre.Can't wait to come back again, thank you for a lovely stay.

Clean, comfortable and very convenient for the ferry, station and town. The staff were lovely (even found be a tea bag when my British self needed a cuppa!) and there were coffee facilities and a fridge, stove etc in the room. Breakfast is from 5.30am and there’s a takeaway option - very useful for us getting the early train to Paris.

I've stayed here before so I knew what to expect. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and effective. My window looked out towards the back and away from the main road, which is what I wanted (more quiet). Staff are friendly; the building is right across from a Carrefour and shopping centre and 7 minutes walk to the train station. I will definitely stay here again.

We arrived by bicycle a little early but the friendly receptionist was happy to enquire if our room was ready. It was and there was no problem for us to book in sooner than expected. Our bicycles were well looked after by wheeling them through the lobby and into the secure carpark behind the accommodation. Everything was exceptionally clean. We did not use the little kitchenette as the aparthotel was situated conveniently to several eating places. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the centre of Cherbourg

We just stayed overnight, but the apartment was large, comfortable and clean. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage for a while as we had to rejoin our cruise ship. It was close to the terminal as well.

Great location, good size apartments, secure covered parking and excellent staff. The Reception team were enormously helpful and kind. Fresh breakfast with a spread of choices. Very good value and less than 5 minutes from the ferry terminal

Every thing was as expected as we have stayed here before. We always choose this accommodation as it’s within walking distance of the shops and many Restaurants.

The apartment was excellent and exceptional value for the price. It was right in the centre of Cherbourg beside a large shopping mall. They have underground carpark but I manged to get on-street parking right at the front door.
